At Emergent Cold LatAm, we are looking for Control Desk personnel responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound product movements, providing customer service, and ensuring accurate tracking of operational processes. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare, reconcile, and close receipts and shipments in the system. * Deliver labels to the warehouse and prepare shipping documentation. * Receive and release operators in coordination with the warehouse. * Generate route, inventory, and service-level reports. * Handle special customer requests via phone or in person. * Archive and organize generated documents. * Support billing and other departments with operational information. * Report and track receipt or shipment discrepancies. * Request authorizations for additional services when applicable. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills. * Experience in administrative, control, or warehouse functions (preferred). * Ability to operate basic tools (calculator, office equipment).
