Responsibilities: ✓ Provide direct support to branch, promoter, and corporate users. ✓ Manage incidents and service requests, and maintain communication with users. ✓ Escalate incidents to IT Supervision or technical support. ✓ Monitor and report on security cameras to verify proper operation; escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the IT Services Coordinator. ✓ Monitor system availability at the start of operations. ✓ Track reported incidents via the Administration System.
