




Ensure that quality, environmental, occupational health and safety processes operate in a coordinated manner and comply with ISO standards. Manage internal and external documents related to the IMS, including applicable standards. Provide staff training to ensure awareness and compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Map and report KPIs, action plans, risks and opportunities. Plan, coordinate and execute internal and external audit programs. Track nonconformities, corrective actions and preventive actions. Manage and comply with customer regulatory requirements regarding safety and environment. Ensure authorization for high-risk work at customer facilities and retain supporting evidence. Process onboarding, renewals and offboarding of Occupational Health and Safety Representatives (RSST) and auxiliary firefighters. Ensure compliance with the S-Rating and support renewal of the DUNS number. Coordinate and verify compliance with the Internal Civil Protection Program. Coordinate and ensure compliance with the emergency drill plan. Verify compliance with the medical examination plan. Verify compliance with the industrial safety training plan. Support as RSST or firefighter only when necessary.
