




**Job Objective** Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the proper execution of **recruitment, hiring, personnel administration, document control, and employee support** processes, thereby contributing to compliance with internal policies and organizational efficiency. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Compile, update, and safeguard physical and digital personnel files. * Support **hiring, termination, and modification** procedures with IMSS and internal systems. * Track attendance-related incidents: absences, tardiness, vacations, medical leaves, and permissions. * Support the preparation and follow-up of **employment contracts**. * Support the preparation of severance settlements and liquidations (basic information). **Recruitment and Selection** * Post job openings on job boards and internal networks. * Screen resumes and coordinate interviews. * Follow up with candidates and support the onboarding process. * Support the **induction and onboarding** process. **Payroll and Benefits** * Support the collection and validation of payroll-related information. * Support benefits administration (vacations, year-end bonus, bonuses, vouchers, etc.). * Provide basic payroll clarifications to employees. **Training and Development** * Support logistics for internal and external training programs. * Maintain attendance records and training certificates. * Support the follow-up of performance evaluations (forms and records). **Employee Support** * Address general HR-related inquiries from staff. * Route incidents or issues to the HR Coordinator. * Support workplace climate initiatives, internal events, and communications. **Job Requirements Education** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in: * Business Administration * Psychology * Human Resources * Industrial Relations or related field **Experience** * Minimum of **6 months to 1 year** in administrative or HR roles (preferred). **Technical Knowledge** * Basic Human Resources processes. * Personnel file management. * Basic payroll and incident tracking. * General knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS** (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with HR systems (Helios, OPUS, Sesame, or others) is preferred. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday 8:00 am\- 5:30 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
