Job Summary: We are seeking a general maintenance professional with experience in various technical areas to perform preventive and corrective tasks on facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance 2. Diagnosing and resolving failures in equipment and facilities 3. Teamwork with a service-oriented and results-driven attitude Requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. \- Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, refrigeration, air conditioning, and general maintenance. \- Availability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts, if necessary. \- Age between 25 and 50 years. \- Personal vehicle is mandatory. Responsibilities: \- Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to the monthly maintenance schedule. \- Perform corrective maintenance, tasks, and/or renovations required by the branch. \- Install equipment from various product lines and plumbing accessories for equipment water supply. General plumbing. \- Perform repairs and preventive services on kitchen equipment in general, water pumps, osmosis systems, and smoke extractors. \- Electrical repairs and installations. \- General building and facility repairs and painting. \- Detect and diagnose failures in equipment and facilities, providing prompt and effective solutions. \- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
