Here, you’re part of a team passionate about excellence and unity.* **Job Purpose** Ensure the proper review, analysis, and validation of administrative information generated by branches, guaranteeing data accuracy through cash register closing controls, cash reconciliation, and timely detection of inconsistencies. This position requires an analytical, organized individual with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in investigating and validating information. **Key Responsibilities** * Review daily cash register closings submitted by branches. * Reconcile cash, receipts, and transactions against cash register system records. * Immediately detect, analyze, and report discrepancies, shortages, or inconsistencies. * Organize and safeguard administrative and confidential documentation. * Support the preparation of internal control and monitoring reports. * Maintain direct communication with branch managers to clarify information. * Provide operational support for administrative tasks assigned by the department. **Requirements** * **Age:** 28 years or older. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, or related field. * **Experience:** 6 months in a similar position. * **English:** Basic (reading preferred). * **Tools:** Microsoft Office. * **Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory).** **Key Competencies** * Results orientation and continuous improvement. * Information analysis and decision-making. * Teamwork and interpersonal skills. * Time management and objective-based work. * Proactivity and responsibility in handling confidential information.
