Your main responsibilities will be: * **Surveillance and Monitoring:** Monitor store entrances, exits, and hallways to prevent accidents, losses, or acts of vandalism. * **Access Control:** Supervise the entry of suppliers, staff, and customers according to company protocols. * **Customer Service:** Politely assist visitors with basic information regarding merchandise location or services. * **Security Patrols:** Conduct regular rounds throughout the sales floor and parking area. * **Daily Reporting:** Record incidents, anomalies, or risk conditions in the designated logbook. What Profile Are We Looking For? * **Education:** Completed secondary school (high school diploma preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in security, surveillance, or loss prevention roles (experience or training in public security or military institutions is preferred, along with official documentation confirming completion of service or discharge). * **Skills:** Keen observational ability, integrity, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. * **Availability:** Monday through Saturday work schedule. * **Documentation:** Valid official identification documents in good standing.
