Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates vehicle maintenance, manages claims and procedures, and administers the use of the vehicle fleet. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of the vehicle and motorcycle fleet 2. Coordination of corrective and preventive services 3. Currently, we have commercial partnerships with major automotive brands.” Join our team as: “Fleet Assistant” Requirements: * Knowledge of and ability to drive standard and automatic cars, vans, and motorcycles * Basic knowledge of corrective and preventive services for cars and motorcycles Responsibilities: * Supervision of internal vehicle and motorcycle fleet, ensuring all units are operational and up-to-date with required services. * Coordination of corrective and preventive services for vehicles and motorcycles (maintenance, repairs). * Claims management (accidents, damages). * Vehicle insurance renewal and administration of vehicle-related procedures (road tax payments, circulation cards, traffic violations). * Creation and updating of physical and electronic files. * Delivery of units, liability documents, and checklists. * Corporate pass platform control. * Administration of fuel refills and distribution, as well as other fleet-related services. * Reporting on expenses and consumption related to fuel platforms and corporate passes.
