We are currently seeking a **TEMPORARY Maintenance Administrative Assistant FOR A 3-MONTH PERIOD**, responsible for coordinating, recording, and following up on unit maintenance activities, controlling operational staff licenses, and managing administrative tasks related to suppliers, services, and invoicing. We seek an individual who is **organized, analytical, responsible, and highly attentive to follow-up**, capable of keeping operational and administrative information related to unit maintenance and associated services up to date. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in **Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field**. * Experience in **administrative control, supplier follow-up, or unit maintenance**. * Experience in **schedule management and service coordination**. * Proficiency in **Excel and Microsoft Office suite**. * Ability to **organize information and maintain administrative records**. * Capacity for **follow-up, documentation control, and supplier management**. * Strong **communication skills with operational staff and administrative departments**. * High level of **responsibility, organization, and attention to detail**. * **MUST POSSESS A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE AND MEET STANDARD REQUIREMENTS.** **Responsibilities** * Prepare and organize the **weekly unit maintenance schedule**. * Coordinate with **workshops and suppliers** to schedule service appointments and repairs. * Notify **supervisors and technicians** of scheduled maintenance appointments. * Follow up on the **execution and completion of service appointments**. * Record and maintain updated **unit maintenance history**. * Administer and track administrative records for **spare parts purchases and maintenance-related expenses**. * Record payments made for **services, tax-deductible expenses, towing, impound lots, or other incidents**. * Identify and classify expenses related to vehicle maintenance. * Manage and keep updated the **control of operational staff licenses**. * Review license validity periods and **timely process renewals**. * Request, verify, and follow up on **invoices for services provided by suppliers**. * Manage invoice corrections when necessary. * Validate workshop quotations and seek **alternatives to optimize service costs**. **We Offer** * **Weekly salary.** * **Statutory benefits.** * **Additional life insurance** (coverage for natural or accidental death). * **Job stability.** * **Company-provided work equipment.** * Opportunity for **professional development within the organization**.
