Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.**Job Description:** **Quality Auditor, Ensenada B.C.** **Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world** As a Quality Auditor, you will play a key role in complying with procedures, instructions, and work regulations generated by the area, as well as ensuring adherence to the quality, safety, and environmental policies of the plant located in Ensenada, Baja California. **The impact you will have in this role** * As a quality auditor, you will lead the inspection of raw materials, finished products, and production operations. * You will conduct in-process audits and finished product audits. * You will implement statutory AS9100 and customer requirements to ensure the product meets required expectations. * You will promote quality compliance across all manufacturing processes. **The skills and experience we seek** To prepare you for success in this position from day one, 3M is seeking candidates who possess: * Education Required: Junior high school. Preferred: High school / Completed degree program. * Relevant experience for this position Required: 6 months in a similar role. Preferred: 1 year in a similar role. * Required skills. Results-oriented. Planning and organization. Adherence to procedures. Customer orientation. Teamwork. Stress tolerance. * Specific knowledge. English Preferred: Basic. Proficiency in MS\-Office applications. Interpretation of engineering drawings / blueprints. Following plans and working based on priorities. Use of measurement equipment.
