(Valle Oriente) **Work Mode:** On-site **Salary:** $30,000 to $35,000 net monthly **Company:** Construction company specialized in public works **Position Objective** Prepare unit price analyses, budgets, and technical and economic documentation to participate in public and private construction tenders. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor tender announcements and competitions. * Analyze tender documents and assess project participation feasibility. * Prepare budgets and unit price analyses. * Integrate technical and economic files for tenders. * Perform material quantification and generation of numerical data. * Request and negotiate quotations with suppliers and subcontractors. * Support construction scheduling in coordination with field personnel. * Validate costs, timelines, and resources to ensure competitive proposals. * Track digital and physical document submissions. **Requirements** **Education:** * Civil Engineering or Architecture. **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years in a similar position. * Experience in public construction tenders (mandatory). * Knowledge of both public and private construction. * Participation in civil construction projects: industrial facilities, highways, aqueducts, infrastructure, vertical or horizontal building construction. **Technical Knowledge** * Unit price analysis. * Budgeting and construction scheduling. * Material quantification. * Public Works Law. **Software:** * Neodata, Opus, or Primavera (Neodata preferred). * AutoCAD. * Project and SharePoint. * Intermediate Excel (pivot tables and formulas). **Position Conditions** * Initial 3-month contract, followed by indefinite-term employment. * Newly created vacancy. * Willingness to travel nationwide. * Flexible availability for urgent tenders. **Benefits** * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Annual bonus of up to 30 days.
