Its goal is to help businesses simplify their accounting, meet tax obligations, and make better decisions with clear information. **Job Objective:** Support the department in maintaining the company’s accounting and tax records, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and proper management of financial resources, in accordance with current regulations. **General Requirements:** * **Age:** 20 to 29 years old * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field * **Experience:** Minimum one year in accounting and tax areas * **Software Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel) * CONTPAQi (Accounting, Billing, and Payroll – intermediate level) * SAT portal navigation * **Competencies:** Organization, attention to detail, information analysis, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. **Basic Knowledge in:** * Receiving and recording **bank statements, payroll records, reports, invoices, and IMSS documents**. * Recording **revenue, expense, and journal entries**. * Preparing **bank reconciliations**. * Using and managing the **SAT Portal**. * Issuing electronic invoices.
