It offers various services and products, including SAPS Records—a record label with 16 years of experience in the music industry. **Job Description:** A label manager is a music industry professional responsible for coordinating and advising musical projects to ensure their music develops appropriately across diverse audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** * Establish strong communication and relationships with musical projects. * Create, execute, and monitor strategic marketing plans focused on promoting singles or albums. * Explore new marketing tools. * Serve as the primary point of contact between musical projects, label departments (Promotion, Editorial, Content Creation, Marketing, etc.), and digital platforms (Spotify, YouTube, VEVO, Amazon, Apple, Tidal, Trebel, etc.). * Deliver analysis and results. * Social media management focused on musical releases: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Spotify. * Advertising budget management. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Passion for music and the entertainment industry. * Strong organizational skills. * Proactivity. * Verbal and written communication skills that facilitate effective interaction with musical projects. * Experience developing marketing plans. * Knowledge of the music industry’s digital landscape, digital platforms, and positioning strategies. * Experience managing social media (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook). * Metrics analysis. **We Offer:** * $9,451 MXN per month * Statutory benefits * Opportunities for growth, both in salary and responsibilities. * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am–2:00 pm.
