Main Responsibilities & Requirements: Handle customer and user operations at the counter and mobile cash unit quickly, courteously, and error-free. Conduct all operations honestly and in strict compliance with banking regulations and corporate values. Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ’s cash policies and procedures, and the 7’s methodology. Safeguard cash within the secure area and strictly adhere to bunker security measures. Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-line queue plan. Provide courteous and friendly service to encourage customers to return and recommend us. Minimum one year of experience as a teller or handling cash. Enjoy interacting with customers. Availability to rotate shifts. Availability to work weekends. Honesty in performing job duties. **Value Proposition Starting Salary:** **$1,740 weekly. Weekly commissions of:** $600 MXN.
