EUROMEX, a company dedicated to technical support and solutions for the food industry, with presence across Mexico and LATAM, is seeking: **TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER** · Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field. · Experience: Zone coordinator, operations coordinator, administrative coordinator, operations supervisor; experience managing field personnel. **Technical Knowledge:** * Industrial, electrical, electronic, refrigeration maintenance; blueprint reading; spare parts identification. * Intermediate Excel proficiency **Responsibilities:** * Receive and schedule service tickets for execution. * Plan daily service routes. * Validate service policies and warranties with customers. * Request per diems for service execution. * Confirm service conditions with customers prior to dispatching the technical service representative. * Daily verification of resource availability (human, material, financial) for service execution. * Supervise assigned personnel to ensure tasks are performed at designated locations. * Ensure services are completed on time and as specified. * Resolve any issues arising before, during, or after service execution. * Collaborate with quotation specialists to provide missing information, clarify doubts, and facilitate delivery of spare parts and/or services to customers. * Evaluate service and/or equipment warranties jointly with the Service Manager. * Coordinate technical training for assigned personnel with the Technical Developer. * Request per diems and tools for Technical Service Representatives. * Evaluate performance of assigned personnel. **We Offer** · Base salary of $16,000 MXN monthly, plus bonus.
