Multi-Cloud governance and regulatory compliance **Primary Job Objective:** We seek a strategic leader responsible for defining and overseeing the governance framework for API and Microservices architecture. Your mission will be to ensure consistency, security, and reuse of digital assets, aligning technology with business objectives and international financial industry standards (BIAN). You will serve as the guardian of technical agility and regulatory compliance in a multi\-cloud environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Standards Definition: Establish the API lifecycle (design, deployment, retirement) and microservices architecture guidelines. * Multi\-Cloud Governance: Oversee implementation and consistency across leading platforms (Apigee, MuleSoft, AWS, GCP). * BIAN Adoption: Lead implementation of the BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) framework to ensure banking interoperability and standardization. * Compliance and Security: Ensure all service exposure complies with local and international financial security regulations (OAuth2, mTLS, Open Banking). * Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams to prioritize the digital services catalog. **Required Profile:** * Integration Ecosystems: Advanced expertise in API Management platforms (specifically Apigee and MuleSoft). * Cloud Architecture: Technical experience with microservices on AWS and GCP (Kubernetes, Serverless, Service Mesh). * Banking Standards: In-depth knowledge of BIAN and data models for financial services. * Methodologies: Experience in API\-First design, contract\-based development (Swagger/OAS), and CI/CD pipelines for distributed architectures. **Qualifications and Certifications:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). * Industry Certifications: Valid certifications such as AWS Solution Architect, Google Cloud Architect, or MuleSoft/Apigee\-specific certifications. * BIAN Certification: Highly valued (or equivalent demonstrable knowledge). * 8\-10 years of software architecture experience, including at least 5 years leading Governance or Architecture functions in banking/fintech. **Soft Skills:** * Strategic vision to transform technical debt into business assets. * Ability to negotiate with vendors and control functions. * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
