Responsibilities Program CNC machines (lathe and/or machining center). Develop, adjust, and optimize CNC programs. Advanced interpretation of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances (GD&T). Tool selection and definition of cutting parameters. Machine setup (set-up) and technical support to CNC operators. Analysis and improvement of cycle times and quality. Dimensional validation of first articles. Compliance with aerospace quality and safety standards. Requirements Education: Technician in Machine Tools, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Programmer. Proficiency in engineering drawing interpretation and GD&T (preferred). Knowledge of measuring instruments. Experience in metalworking environments (aerospace experience preferred). Responsibility, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work under standards.
