Location: Tultipark 3\. **REQUIREMENTS:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field * Conversational English * Knowledge of databases, programming, networks, and equipment maintenance * Proficiency in Power BI and intermediate Excel * Experience in project tracking, logistics, or WMS (preferred) * Experience in testing (software/hardware) and operational support Leadership and internal customer service * Availability to work rotating shifts **Requirements** -------------- * Guarantee operational continuity by ensuring proper functioning of WMS systems. * Address and follow up on incidents reported by operations, managing any deviations through appropriate channels. * Timely documentation of all system disruptions or failures. * Serve as the primary point of contact between operations and the client to ensure system integrity and availability. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, proposing tools, processes, and solutions that optimize operations and internal workflows. * Facilitate and support testing processes (testing) jointly with the client and IT departments. * Maintain constant communication with operational areas to strengthen knowledge, expedite communication, and clarify doubts regarding both DHL and client processes.
