




Position Summary: We are seeking a legal professional to provide tax and social security legal advisory and representation services, primarily within the construction sector. Key Highlights: 1. Defense of interests before tax and administrative authorities Provide tax and social security legal advisory and representation, primarily in matters related to the construction sector, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and defending the interests of the law firm and its clients before tax and administrative authorities (IMSS, SAT, INFONAVIT, and the Federal Administrative Justice Tribunal). **Required Profile:** Law graduate (degree and professional license) or related field. **Required Experience and Knowledge:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tax law, administrative litigation, or social security law, preferably within the construction sector * Knowledge of Federal Tax Legislation (Federal Tax Code) * Knowledge of Labor Law * Knowledge of the Social Security Law and its Regulations concerning Affiliation, Company Classification, and Revenue Collection * Knowledge of regulations applicable to Construction Project Closures (Articles 12, 18, and 178 of the Social Security Regulations) * Knowledge of procedures for IMSS Certification and official issuance of construction project release * Knowledge of procedures for IMSS Certification and official issuance of construction project release * Knowledge of administrative procedures and tax annulment lawsuits * Procedures and appeals before SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT * Drafting of legal submissions, appeals, and complaints in tax and administrative matters * Strong legal analytical ability and impeccable technical writing skills * Proficiency in office software * Familiarity with digital legal systems (e.g., online Federal Administrative Justice Tribunal platform, tax mailbox) is desirable **What Activities Will You Carry Out?** * Monitoring labor case files * Monitoring administrative legal frameworks * Drafting construction project closure letters * Preparing administrative contracts **Skills:** Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation, technical rigor and professional ethics, planning and organization, tolerance for pressure and adherence to deadlines, assertive communication, autonomy in case management and teamwork. **Attitudes:** Proactivity, confidentiality, responsibility, integrity, honesty, availability, practicality, loyalty. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. 100% in-person work. **Salary:** $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 (depending on qualifications).
