Coordinate the necessary human, technical, and financial resources to sustain efficient park operations, user satisfaction, and project profitability. ⸻ Professional Profile * Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Administration, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Experience: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial park management, logistics complexes, industrial condominiums, or corporate buildings. * Experience in maintenance management, security, general services, budgetary control, and interaction with corporate tenants. * Knowledge of Civil Protection regulations, CFE (Federal Electricity Commission), water and drainage, and applicable municipal or state regulations. * Languages: Spanish (advanced) and intermediate-level technical English (preferred) Initial salary: $23,000 Position type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 – $23,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
