




Job Description and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, primarily in organizing, classifying, and archiving physical and digital documents, ensuring proper management and safeguarding of information. **Key Responsibilities:** * Organize and archive physical and digital documents related to the Human Resources department (employee files, contracts, policies, etc.). * Maintain the filing system up to date in accordance with internal guidelines. * Support document digitization and database management. * Assist in preparing documentation required for internal or external audits. * Comply with confidentiality policies and personal data protection regulations. * Occasional support in other administrative activities within the department. Experience and Requirements **Required Profile:** * Currently enrolled undergraduate student in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of file management and Office tools (Excel, Word). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. * Availability to carry out the internship in person.
