




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Construction Project Commercial Assistant to maintain the sales team’s meeting schedule, prospect opportunities, and generate key contacts. Advanced use of CRM, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. **Construction Project Commercial Assistant / Lead Generation – Tesistán Area** **Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM** RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a fully scheduled sales team calendar (online and in-person meetings) across various cities and countries through active prospecting and continuous research of real opportunities. **Experience in active commercial support.** High initiative and proactivity, with independent judgment. **Positive attitude, ability to propose ideas, and teamwork.** Organized, curious, and eager to learn. **Excellent presentation.** **Main Responsibilities** Continuous research of projects and opportunities in architecture, construction, and territorial development. **Initial outreach to contacts and key decision-makers, and scheduling of in-person meetings for the sales team.** Contact and follow-up with construction companies, REITs, architecture firms, developers, and public entities. **Advanced use of CRM, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.** Active tracking of emails, contacts, and pipeline. **Support on public platforms and forms (tenders, registrations, expressions of interest, etc.).** Registration on government and private platforms. **Generation and maintenance of prospecting databases. Onboarding and alignment** The candidate will receive structured onboarding, access to all necessary tools, and clear alignment with the commercial strategy. **The candidate will be continuously guided and supported by a team member to ensure focus, progress, and alignment with commercial objectives.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
