Position Objective Ensure an excellent customer experience by selling credit products and services to generate long-term relationships. Main Responsibilities Advise customers on the different credit products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of a loan, identifying their needs to place new credits. * Update all customer data in the system during every visit or contact with the customer, at least once per year. * Process credit applications accurately to prevent payment delays and fraud. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Cambaceo: product promotion outside the point of sale. * Treat customers respectfully and exceed their expectations to ensure they return and recommend us. Candidate Profile Strong communication skills. * Enjoy interacting with customers. * One year of experience placing financial products. * Numerical aptitude. * Knowledge of credit sales and telephone collections. * Experience in field customer prospecting activities / cambaceo. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Honesty in performing job duties.
