




Summary: This role involves managing data center inventory changes and configurations using internal systems, requiring basic infrastructure understanding and communication skills. Highlights: 1. Execute inventory change requests for data center infrastructure. 2. Ensure accuracy in deployed configurations and track exceptions. 3. Communicate with stakeholders and navigate internal systems effectively. Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: **Datacenter -PM infrastructure** **Key responsibilities** Work with Data Center stakeholders to execute CloudForge (internal AWS rack position inventory and floorplan management system) and Facility Inventory Topology (FIT – power topology data management system) inventory change requests. * Drive change request completion within defined SLAs. * Ensure accuracy in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up. * Assist in daily operational tasks as part of the overall Data Center Delivery workflow * Technical Infrastructure Program Manager role is not a traditional program management role and ~70% of the work is data entry / configuration in internal systems * Receive design and planning documents from other teams (electrical, networking, build, etc.), review the design and enter the validated data into the internal system (CloudForge). * Reach out to AWS teams if the data provided do not align and seek clarification. * Do not have to be a technical hands-on expert, but basic understanding of data center infrastructure basics, power equipment, mechanical/electrical components, and servers and racks * Someone with junior Program Management experience/capabilities who’s comfortable communicating with multiple client stakeholders, flag inconsistencies, follow up for corrections, and comfortable navigating internal systems, approvals, and guardrails. * **This is remote work profile for 9 months, overlapping EST and PST timezones.** ***Basic qualifications*** * Bachelor’s Degree and * 5-6 years of experience and ~2 years of relevant data center or infrastructure exposure would be sufficient. (experience can be substituted for degree). ***Preferred qualifications*** * Experience working with Data Center Infrastructure. * Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering domain or related certification * Supply Chain/Inventory Systems Experience. * IT Systems Process Mapping. * Basic SQL familiarity **ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL** (Will be evaluated). **If you are a foreigner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.** **Job type**: Remote. **Location**: Mexico **Salary**: **$100,000 gross** **Benefits**: Excellent superior benefits.
