We are looking for a **Walnut Orchard Manager** who wishes to join our team, focused on efficiency, tree care, and responsible use of natural resources. **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise and carry out pruning, fertilization, and irrigation activities. * Coordinate and participate in walnut harvesting. * Monitor phytosanitary treatments applied to trees. * Implement practices to improve the efficiency of natural resource use. * Lead the field operations team and ensure achievement of production targets. **Job Requirements** * Education: Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Technician, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing walnut orchards or similar crops. * Knowledge of agricultural processes, irrigation, and plant health. * Leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Willingness to work in the field. **Additional Benefits and Perks** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $28,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Experience: * Walnuts: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
