Position Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant with experience in implementing enterprise solutions, collaborating on projects to design, configure, and implement solutions aligned with the client’s business objectives. We seek a Salesforce Consultant with proven experience implementing enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform. The consultant will participate in fixed-scope projects, collaborating with functional and technical teams to design, configure, and implement solutions aligned with the client’s business objectives. The candidate may be specialized in one or more Salesforce Clouds, or possess experience in at least two of the following platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. **Responsibilities** Participate in functional and technical requirements-gathering sessions with clients. Design Salesforce solutions aligned with commercial, operational, and customer service processes. Configure and customize Salesforce according to the assigned cloud (Sales, Service, Data, Revenue, or Marketing Cloud). Implement automations, business processes, and data models in accordance with Salesforce best practices. Collaborate on integrations with external systems via APIs, connectors, or batch processes (as defined by project scope). Support functional testing, solution validation, and production deployments. Document configurations, processes, and technical decisions made during the project. Provide support during the post-implementation stabilization phase. Work collaboratively with architects, project managers, and other consultants on the team. **Requirements** Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce in at least two of the following clouds: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Data Cloud Revenue Cloud Marketing Cloud (or strong specialization in one of them) Knowledge of data modeling, security, profiles, roles, and permissions in Salesforce. Experience automating processes using Flows and declarative tools. Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions. Experience working under project-based or deliverable-driven engagement models. Ability to document solutions and communicate progress clearly. **Desirable** Salesforce certifications related to the aforementioned clouds. Experience in integration projects with external systems. Basic knowledge of Apex, LWC, or development tools (depending on the cloud). Prior experience working with agile methodologies.
