




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant with experience in accounting, commercial document handling, information analysis, and process tracking to support various departments. Multitasking support and coordination with collaborative departments **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school diploma as a Technical Accountant or related field. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (internship candidate or incomplete). * Data entry experience preferred. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Experience with SAE invoicing and sales order analysis preferred. * Proficiency in Office Suite, intermediate Excel skills. * Document handling and review. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review daily purchase orders, * Analyze information regarding available inventory versus orders. * Coordinate with collaborative departments such as Warehouse and Logistics, among others. * Manage and handle commercial documents (invoices, delivery notes, credit memos). * Provide multitasking administrative support. **COMPETENCIES:** * Information analysis. * Process compliance. * Fast data entry. * Objective-oriented work. * Experience as an administrative assistant. * Knowledge of electronic invoicing procedures. * Communication skills. * Attention to detail. * Organization and control. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday. * Uniforms provided by the company. * Working hours: 8 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break). * Cafeteria service.
