




Position Summary: This position involves performing local route deliveries of merchandise, serving customers at the sales counter, and processing payments to satisfy AutoZone’s customers. Operation of assigned vehicle and compliance with vehicle usage policies. **Job Description** Drive from the HUB to local routes using the vehicle assigned by AutoZone to ensure daily delivery route coverage from the HUB, deliver merchandise to commercial customers, meet pickup time requirements, ensure timely merchandise delivery, and comply with established policies for assigned vehicle usage—thereby ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Deliver merchandise to commercial customers along local routes, meeting delivery time requirements promptly through operation of the assigned vehicle to achieve customer satisfaction and close commercial sales with AutoZone customers. * Provide sales counter support in the Commercial Program module by assisting in-person or telephone customers with inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, or functionality. * Complete the vehicle inspection checklist accurately by properly filling out the logbook. * Report vehicle-related incidents to and follow up with the Commercial Manager. * Process cash payments against invoices and credit card transactions accurately to support the product delivery process and sales closure. * **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * One to two years of experience. * Prior experience as a driver of any type of vehicle. * Valid driver’s license. * Must be at least 21 years of age. * Experience operating standard vehicles (e.g., Spark).
