"Involves performing administrative tasks and coordination related to operations, which may include data entry, ramp activities, sorting, tracking, dispatching, and local customer service. While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of time is dedicated to office-based activities.
Senior or higher-level positions in this category may:
* Handle escalated or more complex issues,
* Coordinate team activities or those of agency-contracted staff,
* Support supervisor or manager activities,
* Support the design, review, and implementation of processes and procedures"
Job Summary:
Under general supervision, performs the following activities:
* Enters air waybills into the system daily.
* Records daily timecard information on the PC.
* Handles D/T packages and informs customers about payment.
* Collects information for various company reports.
* Answers telephone calls, transfers calls, and takes messages as needed.
* Prepares documentation for outgoing packages (air bills, P.O. box, and address).
* Assists customers by answering questions regarding basic service features.
* Performs various typing and filing tasks. Organizes and updates station files.
* May be requested to perform other assigned tasks
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education Level:
* Completed high school.
* Proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 450 points).
Minimum Experience:
* Three (3) years of administrative experience.
* Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Minimum Required Skills:
* Ability to lift 32 kg and maneuver any individual package weighing up to 68 kg using appropriate equipment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Data entry and/or general office skills.
* Teamwork skills.
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and PCs: PC typing speed (25/35 words per minute).
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Clear and articulate voice.
