Collaboration to ensure production continuity and quality. **Job Description** Operate and maintain the front-end loader in optimal condition to load gravel and sand in the designated area within the shortest possible travel time, always observing safety requirements and complying with applicable traffic regulations within the loading area. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate the front-end loader to correctly feed aggregates (sand, gravel, crushed stone) into the batching plant hoppers. * Ensure continuous material supply to prevent interruptions in concrete production. * Conduct daily equipment inspections (oil levels, hydraulic fluid, fuel, tires, and overall system) before commencing work. * Execute material loading and handling while preventing cross-contamination among different aggregate types. * Maintain orderly stockpiles and storage yards. * Assist in aggregate receiving and unloading, verifying volumes and material conditions. * Strictly comply with industrial safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. * Report mechanical failures, equipment anomalies, or unsafe conditions to the maintenance department. * Optimize front-end loader usage to reduce downtime and fuel consumption. * Maintain basic operational records, fuel consumption logs, and shift activity reports. * Collaborate with plant operators and production personnel to ensure concrete quality and production continuity. * Report unsafe conditions in their work area and equipment. * Properly implement the emergency response plan. * Correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) **Job Challenges** Safety: Zero Disabling Accidents — Follow safety guidelines and actions to prevent disabling accidents.
