Job Summary: We are seeking a home collection agent to negotiate payment plans, recover overdue accounts, and provide courteous service to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Account recovery and negotiation of payment plans. 2. Customer service with respect and kindness. 3. Motorcycle handling for home visits. Main Responsibilities * Visit the homes of debtors who have applied for credit but failed to make payments, in order to offer various payment plans * Recover overdue accounts * Provide respectful and friendly service to our customers * Inform customers of all benefits available with an active credit account * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective equipment Ideal Candidate Profile * Experience in customer service, collections, or sales * Motorcycle operation skills * Valid motorcycle driver's license * Mobile device operation skills * Goal- and target-oriented * Effective communication and teamwork skills What We Offer * Statutory benefits (from day one) * Life insurance * Weekly base salary: $2,500 * Attractive weekly commission scheme * Tools: Motorcycle and Pax * Work schedule: Monday to Sunday (midweek day off) * Uniforms * Utility motorcycle (you may take it home) * Protective equipment * Group discounts * Partnership agreements
