**Workshop Coordinator / Stainless Steel Fabrication Specialist (Restaurant Industry)** Responsible for coordinating and supervising the cutting and welding workshop operations, leading the work team and ensuring the proper execution of stainless steel projects. In charge of cutting, bending, TIG welding, and assembly of furniture and equipment for the restaurant industry (tables, hoods, sinks, islands), as well as blueprint reading and installation. Participates in budgeting and quotation generation, client and supplier management, and production process control, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency.
