Acquisition of technical knowledge and operational skills **About the Company** Orbia is a market-leading company with extensive experience; we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where innovation and excellence are our fundamental pillars. **Location:** El Salto, Jalisco. **Job Objective:** Acquire technical knowledge of the organization’s operational processes and develop the necessary skills for control and management; understand the interaction among all operational processes, all achieved through hands-on experience in assigned projects or processes. **Job Responsibilities:** * Gain theoretical and practical knowledge in assigned processes and projects through active participation and research. * Provide support in projects in which you participate across various organizational processes. * Review project objectives to ensure their fulfillment. * Apply problem-solving methodologies. * Collect and integrate necessary information. * Fulfill responsibilities and functions established in the company’s Quality Management System as defined in the Engagement Matrix. * Participate as a Quality Auditor in internal audits of the ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System. **Job Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering** * Intermediate conversational English * **Residence near El Salto, Jalisco** * Knowledge of production processes * Knowledge of production processes (desirable) **Compensation and Additional Benefits:** Competitive monthly salary Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
