Serving three primary markets (passenger vehicles, commercial trucks, and off-highway), Dana provides original equipment manufacturers and the global aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. **Job Position** --------------------- Ensure the receipt of productive and non-productive materials supplied by national and international suppliers in accordance with applicable procedures for the area, to guarantee inventory control, record integrity, compliance with material policies and established controls, and timely supply to production lines. Likewise, ensure that documentation for received materials meets documentary support and corresponding fiscal requirements, so that it complies with internal, customer, corporate, and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards. **Work Obligations and Responsibilities** ---------------------------------------------- Develop with management personnel the manufacturing strategy for housings within the integration of final products to customers Monitor the receipt and verification of documentary support (invoice, delivery note, customs document, purchase order, safety data sheet for chemicals) backing nationally acquired and imported materials from suppliers, ensuring they meet fiscal requirements and established controls to have all documentation available for audits and clarifications. Ensure timely supply of materials to the production line according to production plans and material requirements, in order to eliminate downtime and product overcost. Monitor the timely recording in the Oracle System of material receipts, their accounting application to accounts payable and inventories, to keep the Oracle System updated and ensure timely supplier payments. Monitor the recording in the Oracle System of night-shift material receipts performed by security personnel, to keep the Oracle System updated and ensure timely supplier payments. Authorize corrections in the Oracle System for discrepancies reported by the Material Handling Warehouse, verifying and validating modifications to initially recorded entries, so that the Oracle System remains up to date.
