Job Profile: Branch Supervisor **Job Objective** Ensure the proper operation of the branch, guaranteeing achievement of commercial targets, customer service standards, operational control, and team development. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily branch operations. * Ensure compliance with protocols, internal policies, and external regulations. * Coordinate and motivate the team to achieve sales and service objectives. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports. * Manage branch inventory, material resources, and financial resources. * Resolve operational incidents and address customer complaints with a solutions-oriented approach. * Implement continuous improvement strategies in processes and customer service. * Train and evaluate staff, promoting professional development and organizational culture. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in supervisory roles, preferably in retail, services, or healthcare. * **Technical Competencies:** Proficiency in KPI management, inventory control, personnel management, and basic knowledge of finance and administration. * **Soft Skills:** * Leadership and ability to motivate teams. * Effective communication and conflict resolution. * Results- and customer service–oriented mindset. * Organization and decision-making under pressure. **Job Conditions** * Full-time position with availability for extended hours as required by operations. * Reports directly to Regional Management or Operations Director. * Responsible for 3–7 employees (depending on branch size).
