Technical-commercial orientation and customer service Position: Applications and Technical Support Engineer Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Job Objective Provide technical support and specialized consulting to the sales team on compressed air solutions and pneumatic systems, ensuring accurate equipment specification, technical assistance to industrial customers, and effective project closure. Required Profile Education: Completed degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related field. Experience: Experience with compressed air systems and pneumatics. Technical support to sales force. Equipment sizing and specification. Technical support to industrial customers. Preparation of technical-commercial proposals. Technical Knowledge: Air compressors, dryers, filters, and distribution networks. Pneumatic components (valves, actuators, FRL units, piping). Interpretation of technical diagrams and drawings. Basic calculation of air consumption and demand. Competencies: Technical-commercial orientation. Effective communication. Results-oriented mindset. Customer service. Collaboration with the sales department. Main Responsibilities Provide technical consulting to the sales team on industrial projects. Conduct technical site surveys with customers. Size and select appropriate equipment for each application. Prepare technical quotations and specification sheets. Follow up on projects through to implementation. Train sales staff on technical solutions within the product portfolio. We Offer Salary: $15,000 MXN gross monthly. Statutory benefits. 5% food vouchers. 5% savings fund.
