You will take a hands-on approach to delivering service and value through the development and management of technical projects designed to resolve customer challenges. **What This Role Offers:** You will join a leading global company and work with some of our key customers Access to the best resources, tools, and technology in your field Enjoy a paid training program enabling you to learn from successful professionals Comprehensive benefits packages aligned with market and industry standards Opportunity for a long-term professional career in service, sales, corporate accounts, or management Thrive in a company that values a safety culture—including top-tier safety training and personal protective equipment **Your Responsibilities:** Equipment maintenance Chemical application review Chemical dosing Physicochemical analysis Follow-up meetings with user departments Generate process control reports Issue permits and collect signatures Track continuous improvement projects Verify adherence to plans and processes Coordinate with suppliers for preventive and corrective maintenance Manage inventories of chemicals, reagents, spare parts, and consumables Provide technical assistance to customers by identifying and resolving issues as needed Participate in problem resolution by conducting system analyses, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure optimal customer operations Support services include: sample analysis, maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, and chemical inventory management **Position Details:** The candidate must reside in: Salinas Victoria or Guadalupe, Nuevo León Your coverage area includes: Salinas Victoria, Santa Catarina, Monterrey, Apodaca, and Guadalupe, Nuevo León **Minimum Requirements:** University degree: Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field 2 years of experience in water treatment, physicochemical systems, reverse osmosis, cooling towers, boilers, industrial-level customer service, minor equipment maintenance (preventive and corrective), minor maintenance of valves, pumps, etc., installation of dosing lines, and basic tool knowledge Leadership and effective communication with customers Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Physical Requirements:** Must be able to access and feel comfortable working under a variety of conditions and capable of performing the essential functions of the position. **Preferred Qualifications:** Industrial safety **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
