We seek proactive and responsible individuals who wish to join our warehouse operations team. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Receiving and unloading:** Receive goods from suppliers, verifying that quantities and quality match the invoices. * **Inventory management:** Conduct cycle counts and participate in periodic inventories to maintain accurate stock control. * **Quality control and rotation:** Strictly apply the **FIFO** (First-In, First-Out) system to ensure the freshness of seeds and spices. * **Storage:** Organize sacks and boxes on racks or designated areas, maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness. * **Floor replenishment:** Timely supply sales and production areas according to merchandise requirements. **Required Profile:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year as a warehouse clerk or warehouse assistant (preferably in retail and perishable goods). * **Knowledge:** Basic inventory handling, use of hydraulic pallet jacks, and knowledge of safety and hygiene practices. * **Physical condition:** Ability to maneuver and lift packages/sacks (25kg \- 50kg). * **Skills:** Honesty, punctuality, and ability to work under organizational targets. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary, paid biweekly. * **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS, INFONAVIT, Christmas bonus, vacation pay, profit-sharing, and vacation premium. * Stability and growth opportunity. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts weekly: 6:45 am to 3:30 pm and 9:15 am to 6:00 pm. * Fixed rest day on Sunday (except December due to peak season). **Are you interested in this position?** Apply by submitting your updated CV through this channel.
