Job Summary: We are seeking an architect to develop executive projects, resolve construction details, and perform 3D modeling, with experience in commercial design and interior design. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of executive projects and resolution of construction details 2. 3D modeling of commercial design and interior design projects 3. Active communication with the construction team - Preparation of executive projects, resolution of construction details, coordination with the construction team to address such details, and 3D modeling. Architecture graduate, 1 to 2 years of experience (preferred). - Experience in developing commercial design and interior design projects, including drafting plans, details, and 3D modeling (preferred). - Salary negotiable upon interview (MXN 15,000–17,000 per month). - Full-time, on-site position. - Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
