No matter who you are, where you’re from, or whom you love, you can always influence those around you and make a positive impact on the world. **Learn more:** PepsiCoJobs**Join PepsiCo, dare to transform.** Responsibilities: **The opportunity** The primary function of this role is to integrate costs and savings, challenge assumptions, and lead the creation and tracking of projects related to waste (E2E Waste) across various tracks—including agro, transportation, shipment discrepancies and inventory, sales, Q returns, manufacturing, and obsolescence—through ideation events, process mapping, and other methodologies, as well as generating reports on E2E Waste indicators. **Your impact** As Productivity Sr Supervisor (L07), your responsibilities would include:* Responsible for the productivity project agenda that constitutes the End-to-End Waste Reduction agenda. * Responsible for reporting E2E Waste Reduction project performance indicators for PMF: monthly consolidation and review of productivity initiatives through LSS. * Collaborate in integrating the annual E2E Waste Reduction PMF plan, including the Agro, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Transportation, Obsolescence, Quality, and Sales tracks. * Consolidate monthly E2E Waste-related expenses (Agro, Manufacturing, Transportation, WHS and DCS, Obsolescence, Sales, and Q Returns) and challenge month-on-month trend behaviors. * Lead and execute LSS projects. * Develop strategy to ensure, share, and replicate best practices. * Lead ideation processes within your operation to identify productivity projects. * Lead projects contributing to the digitalization of End-to-End Waste Reduction agenda processes. Qualifications: **Who are we looking for?** **Experience** * Preferred experience: 2 years in an operational role (Warehouse, Transportation, Service). * Time management: Organizes and prioritizes work to achieve expected results. * Collaboration and influence: Shares knowledge with team members, fosters a culture of continuous improvement, and leads diverse projects influencing all levels. * Analytical: Identifies improvements within operations, tracks, or projects using strategies reflected in indicator improvements, replication across countries and locations. * Language: Advanced or conversational English preferred. * Proficiency in LSS methodology. * Proficiency in Office suite applications. * Power BI proficiency preferred.
