Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize performance. **Objective** Lead the site’s Utilities area, providing administrative and technical expertise to implement development plans that support business growth at the site level. Act as the leader of Utilities operations to ensure continuity and achieve zero downtime, enabling the proper functioning of all plants. **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for managing OPEX and CAPEX projects aimed at improving Nemak’s infrastructure. * Lead the daily operation and plan the medium\- and long\-term infrastructure of utilities (mechanical, electrical, compressed air, natural gas, and water). * Manage the OPEX budget, consistently seeking cost reduction and optimizing expenses efficiently and intelligently on a daily basis. * Ensure legal and corporate compliance to maintain site operations and uphold the company’s reputation. * Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and controlling predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance within the area. * Manage operations based on key performance indicators to improve daily performance; continuously develop KPIs and scorecards. * Maintain direct interaction with governmental entities. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate directly with the site leadership team to build alliances that enhance client performance through effective resource management; promote cross\-functional interactions to improve Nemak’s overall performance. * Oversee compliance with the area’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure internal customer satisfaction. * Conduct feasibility studies, generate alternatives, perform economic analysis, and select proposals for investment projects. * Prepare management\-level reports to evaluate administrative performance and area results. **Position Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. * Master’s degree in Quality, Energy, Maintenance, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Maintenance, Facilities, Quality Systems Management, or Energy Administration. * Certifications in Maintenance Administration, AutoCAD, and Project Management. * Proficient English skills. * Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Solid problem‑solving abilities. *At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D\&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
