Experience in industrial and commercial projects **Job Objective** Coordinate and manage the development of high-impact executive architectural and urban projects, ensuring their proper technical integration and the timely and accurate delivery of construction drawings. **Education** * Architect or Civil Engineer **Required Experience** * 6 years of professional experience in executing and coordinating industrial and commercial executive projects. * Ensure timely and proper issuance, control, and release of construction drawings * Coordination of engineering disciplines and specialties (structural, electrical, mechanical, sanitary, etc.) to ensure technical compatibility * Required knowledge of construction processes and current regulations **Mandatory Software** * LEAN CONSTRUCTION / BIM * Advanced AutoCAD * Revit / BIM * SketchUp / Lumion * Project management software (MS Project) Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $6,500.00 - $8,500.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
