Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to manage projects from conception to delivery, including budgeting, conceptual design, and execution. Key Highlights: 1. Project budget control and monitoring **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Degree and professional license mandatory) * Minimum 3 years of experience * Experience with construction and design software (AUTOCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.) **Responsibilities** * Identify and understand client needs * Prepare preliminary project budgets * Develop conceptual projects (preliminary designs) and present them to the client * Implement adjustments to preliminary designs as requested by the client and/or operational departments * Develop comprehensive executive projects * Project delivery * Project scheduling * Budget, expense, and payment control and monitoring Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
