Responsibilities Manage and ensure achievement of commercial, operational, and service quality objectives at the Service Office through leadership, training, and supervision of Group Methodology sales teams (Group Credit Leaders and Promoters), guaranteeing effective execution of activities in both field and office settings in accordance with institutional policies, regulations, and methodologies. Additionally, coordinate with the Operations team to ensure proper administrative and operational functioning of the Office, fostering an ethical, professional, and collaborative work environment focused on achieving results and continuous improvement. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree (degree mandatory) * Interest in sales work outside the office * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
