Opportunity for managerial growth Automotive Industry | Aguascalientes An automotive-sector company with international manufacturing standards and a continuous improvement culture is seeking: Production Manager Job Objective: Lead and optimize plant production operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity objectives aligned with automotive industry standards. Requirements: * Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years of managerial experience within the automotive or manufacturing industry. * Experience leading large operational teams (supervisors and production staff). * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, OEE, and continuous improvement. * Experience in KPI monitoring and analysis (Scrap, OEE, productivity, efficiency). * Experience managing internal and external audits. * Preferred experience in Tier 1 or OEM supplier companies. * Intermediate or advanced English (preferred). Key Responsibilities: * Ensure adherence to the production plan. * Optimize human and material resources. * Reduce waste and improve operational metrics. * Implement continuous improvement strategies. * Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics departments. * Develop and strengthen high-performing teams. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
