Medium-term growth opportunity Human Resources Supervisor Automotive Industry \| Aguascalientes A leading international-standard automotive sector company with an organizational culture focused on continuous improvement is seeking: Human Resources Supervisor Job Objective: Supervise and ensure the proper execution of Human Resources processes at the plant level, guaranteeing job stability, regulatory compliance, and alignment of human capital with the operational objectives of the automotive industry. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Supervisor or Senior HR Generalist in the automotive or manufacturing industry. * Experience managing unionized personnel. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and labor regulations. * Experience in incident management and payroll coordination. * Experience in mass and operational recruitment. * Experience managing KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, time-to-fill, workplace climate). * Preferred experience in Tier 1 or OEM supplier companies. Main Responsibilities: * Supervision of recruitment and hiring of operational and administrative personnel. * Management of labor relations and preventive negotiation. * Support during labor audits and regulatory compliance. * Monitoring of departmental KPIs. * Coordination of the Human Resources team. * Implementation of training and development programs. * Ensuring organizational discipline and compliance with internal regulations.
