Job Summary: We are seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage and administer our Amazon store, including listing optimization, data analysis, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinates with Amazon support to improve processes Amazon E-commerce Executive We are looking for individuals passionate about the e-commerce world to manage and administer our Amazon store. Responsibilities: * Product listing management (ensuring high-quality descriptions, images, and keywords to maximize visibility) * Analysis of sales, competition, profitability, and pricing of our products. * Generation of sales, advertising, and KPI reports. * Daily inventory and pricing updates. * Inventory planning and FBA/FBM restocking. * Management and resolution of issues related to listings, account, and performance. * Resolution of incidents in coordination with Amazon Support to improve processes. * Responding to customer inquiries by providing timely and professional answers to questions or feedback. * Administration and tracking of order returns and refunds. Requirements: * Minimum one year of knowledge/experience with Amazon Seller Central platform, tools, policies, and procedures. * Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office suite. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience with Canva or similar tools. * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. * Excellent writing skills. * Organizational skills. * Punctuality. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Location: Iztacalco, behind Autódromo HR. We Offer: * Salary: MXN 13,500 monthly gross.
