Opportunity to propose process and route improvements ### **Job Objective** To plan, coordinate and supervise LPG logistics and distribution operations, ensuring proper route scheduling, vehicle control, delivery compliance, resource optimization and adherence to safety regulations, through efficient administrative and field management. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate distribution routes among Colima, Manzanillo and Zacatecas. * Supervise field logistics operations (visits to plants and distribution centers). * Control and tracking of delivery vehicles. * Validate on-time delivery and service compliance. * Prepare operational and logistics performance reports. * Manage incidents, delays and deviations. * Coordinate with drivers, supervisors and the administrative department. * Ensure compliance with LPG transportation safety regulations. * Propose process improvements and route efficiency enhancements. **Requirements** ### **Education** * Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, Business Administration or related field. ### **Experience** * Minimum 2 years in similar positions (logistics, transportation, distribution or supply chain). * Preferred experience in hydrocarbon, gas, fuel or heavy-duty transportation companies. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Route planning. * Distribution logistics. * Operational indicators (KPIs). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Fleet management. * Basic transportation and safety regulations (preferred). ### **Skills and Competencies** * Willingness to travel (70% of the time). * Strong analytical ability. * Organization and planning. * Decision-making. * Operational leadership. * Problem-solving. * Effective communication. * Adaptability to field work **Benefits** * **Operating Area:** Colima, Manzanillo and Zacatecas. * **Work Modality:** Hybrid (field and office). * **Travel:** 70% of the time. * **Position Type:** Full-time.
