Operating nationwide across Mexico, we meet market needs through processing, transformation, distribution, and installation of flat glass and all its aluminum and hardware accessories. Objective: Continuously review company operations to identify areas for improvement and potential risks. Responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and enhancing the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes within the organization to safeguard assets, ensure compliance, and mitigate risks. Responsibilities: * · **Develop and implement internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures** to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. * · **Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations** in audit reports and communicate results to management and stakeholders. * · **Conduct internal audits.** Evaluate company processes to assess organizational health, ensure operational efficiency, and verify compliance with internal and external policies. * · **Monitor regulatory compliance.** Oversee the company’s adherence to applicable laws and regulations. * · **Evaluate and improve internal controls.** Verify that internal processes are effective and aligned with the company’s objectives and goals. Engage in continuous improvement of internal procedures and policies, proposing recommendations to strengthen existing controls and optimize processes. * · **Provide training and guidance to employees** on internal control principles, policies, and procedures. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. * CPA, CIA, or CISA certification preferred. * Experience in internal auditing, regulatory compliance, and internal control frameworks. * Knowledge of auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. * Proficiency in auditing tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
