You will ensure Geocycle’s legal compliance with safety requirements applicable to Geocycle platform operations. You will promote the implementation of preventive health and safety programs, support operations, and process the required technical information. **Your key challenges will be:** · Participate in implementing and maintaining the Safety Management System and authorized safety standards at facilities under your responsibility—identifying requirements, ensuring full coverage, and validating practical application, including reviewing documented work permit processes. · Identify hazards and jointly assess risks with platform personnel arising from Geocycle activities, establishing necessary measures to minimize or eliminate impacts on personnel health and safety. · Identify federal, state, and municipal legal requirements applicable to the assigned Geocycle platform and ensure compliance; be responsible for responding to internal audits and developing action plans arising from Legal Requirements Evaluations (LREs); serve on the Joint Safety and Hygiene Committee and ensure compliance with the corresponding regulation. · Monitor Group KPIs through field time tracking, VPC, and hazard identification in iCare. · Participate in developing the annual awareness program and deliver training/awareness sessions on topics related to the Safety Management System. Coordinate the formation of platform emergency response teams, schedule emergency-related training and specific requirements, and coordinate with local emergency services.
